May I use my Encore Bank Master Card debit card at any ATM?
Yes, you may use your card at any ATM. Encore Bank will automatically rebate all service charges assessed by other ATM owners, worldwide.
Can we access banking information by phone?

Touch Tone Teller, our automated telephone banking system is available. You will need your 9 digit account number and last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number to access the system. You will be directed step-by-step on how to access your accounts. If you should have any questions, please contact your local banking office or Personal Banker.

How does Encore Bank support Corporate Business?

Does Encore Bank have IRAs and retirement accounts?

Encore Bank offers a variety of products for Traditional and Roth IRA accounts.

Is there a fee for Online Banking Services?

Online Banking is free and offers Online Bill Payment, check images, funds transfers and low balance reminders.

How do I know my money is safe and secure?

Encore Bank is a member of the FDIC. Deposits are insured as provided under FDIC rules and regulations. FDIC insurance covers funds in deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts and certificates of deposit (CDs). The standard insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category.

How can I best prevent account fraud?

Protect your personal information. Never give account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information to strangers. Question suspicious phone inquires. Never give financial information out on the phone unless you initiated the call. Avoid using easily guessed passwords and PIN numbers and never share or write them down. Report lost checks immediately. Periodically check your credit ratings. The major credit bureaus can be contacted directly as follows: Trans Union 1-800-680-7289; Equifax 1-800-525-6285; Experian 1-888-397-3742. If you suspect fradulent activity please contact us immediately.

How can I best prevent identity theft?

Protect your social security number, limit its use as ID, and never preprint your driver’s license or Social Security number on your checks. Shred unnecessary financial documents such as old bank statements and unwanted pre-approved credit offers. If you see a suspicious charge on your bills or statements, call immediately to resolve the discrepancy. For more information about Identity Theft or to report Identity Theft visit DTheft.gov.

What do I do if I have lost or had my debit card stolen?

If your debit card has been lost or stolen it is very important to report it immediately to prevent unauthorized activity. During normal business hours contact your local Encore Bank for assistance, they will ensure the card is reported and assist you with the next steps to prevent fraudulent activity and replace your card as quickly as possible. If you need to report your card as lost or stolen after hours, please call 1-800-472-3272( Holidays, evenings and weekends).
